The core activity of Dolce Vita Proteins is the production of WPC 80 and WPI proteins for the premium segments of the food and nutraceutical industries, including functional foods and sports nutrition. Production will take place at Igor’s new plant in Cameri (Novara). The facility has been designed with a strong focus on food safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability, and fits within a circular approach to the use of milk whey.

Within the partnership, Igor contributes its production capacity and access to high‑quality Italian raw materials, while the VanDrie Group, through its subsidiary Serum Italia, provides international commercial expertise and market access. This combination is intended to position Dolce Vita Proteins as a reliable partner in global markets where quality, traceability, and security of supply are decisive.
