It is the task of the Veal Promotion Foundation (Stichting Promotie Kalfsvlees, SPK), based in Apeldoorn, to bring the special characteristics of high-quality veal to the attention of European consumers in every possible way. SPK does so with in-store promotions, recipe development and promotional events.
