VanDrie Group and F&F Group sign letter of intent on collaboration

F&F Group and the VanDrie Group announce today that they have signed a letter of intent under which the two companies will enter into a partnership. Under this agreement, the VanDrie Group will acquire a stake in F&F Group, while F&F Group will in turn acquire Schils Food's business from the VanDrie Group.

The companies see great potential in this collaboration in expanding both companies' position in the dairy commodities market. Particular attention will be paid to the customers of both F&F Group and Schils Food. This cooperation will give customers of both companies access to the extensive joint product portfolio.

F&F Group's operations will continue autonomously under the leadership of CEO Michiel de Boer, who has made a long-term commitment to the VanDrie Group. "With this merger, we offer continuity to our customers, employees and all other stakeholders. The expansion of our portfolio offers growth opportunities for our company, our employees and our customers. I am very excited about our new partner and future cooperation." Says Michiel.

For the VanDrie Group, this collaboration offers great opportunities in the Feed and Food market.

The F&F Group is active in producing, trading and distributing dairy commodities for human and animal food all over the world. The family business has a rich history which ties in with the VanDrie Group. The VanDrie Group produces veal and beef, (calf) feed and dairy commodities. With a turnover of EUR 2.75 billion, the company employs around 2,600 people.

The cooperation will be submitted to the Consumer & Market Authority for approval. The parties expect the competition authority to grant approval..
