Using a 3D product configurator, visitors to our stand were able to learn about the versatility of our products. Our chefs demonstrated the culinary potential of veal to our guests by presenting a menu of sweetbreads, tenderloin, sucade, sausage and sous-vide cooked veal cheeks from the JAN range.
